Returns and Refunds Policy
We want to make sure you have the best experience possible with MOOD. If our products aren't for you, we'll refund your first order in full (with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase.) This guarantee applies to new subscribers as well as existing subscribers who place a first order for a new product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note that we cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender”.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note, the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the same day. Next Day Air does not include weekend Delivery. If you place an order on Friday before 3:00 PM EST and choose Next Day Air or Express, the earliest the order can be delivered is the next business day. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM EST M-F, it will ship the following business day. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, it will ship out the following business day. All weekend orders will be shipped the following business day including those with paid, expedited shipping. Delivery can take 2-5 business days depending on your location. We ship from the east coast, so it will take longer for those on the west coast to receive their orders. Free shipping is shipped USPS.
We are not responsible for expedited shipping delays. In the event your paid UPS expedited package is delayed, we will attempt to collect a refund on your behalf once it is delivered. Depending on the circumstance, a refund is not always guaranteed, and may take up to two weeks to process. Please email us with any additional shipping questions.
